When going through provisioning, if the process is interrupted the ConnectWare Module (or internal connection method) can reset and cause the process to start again. If this happens, it’s likely that 2 pieces of equipment will be created for the same device. Follow the steps below in order to fix this issue.
Log into the Open Kitchen portal and navigate to the Data Sources Tab.
Select 1 row at a time for any that have multiple pieces of equipment and click Unlink. Click again on the popup. You may need to unlink multiple times if there are more than 2 pieces of equipment.
Navigate to the Equipment Tab
Select the row of the extra piece of equipment and select Delete then confirm in the popup
All data from the device should now go to a single piece of equipment.
