Nicholas partners with leading restaurant and retail brands to implement innovative IoT technologies that optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability efforts. His extensive experience in SaaS, IoT, integrations, and business strategy allows him to deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable ROI for enterprise clients.

With over a decade of experience in hospitality technology and restaurant operations, Nicholas brings a unique perspective as a former Chief Operating Officer at Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Managing Partner at Chili’s Bar & Grill. His background in overseeing large-scale restaurant operations, managing P&L, and leading strategic growth initiatives gives him deep insight into the challenges operators face.
